Even when you write it IN ARABIC, it is NOT the Quran, it is NOT the “Real Deal” – it only REPRESENTS the Quran.

What you hold in your hand is NOT the Quran.

The Quran is only with Allah in Paradise and no one can approach it other than Angels.

The Quran is not a piece of paper, its not something written down.

The Quran is not a book (gestures to the mushaf).

The Quran is not a physical book that you hold in your hand.

Allah has preserved the recitiation of the Quran, not the book (the mushaf).

“That is the Book” (Soorah al-Baqarah) – “That” (thalik) means something far away – the Book which is with Allah, not the written mushaf we have.

The Quran has not been preserved in written format.

The Quran does not mean “book”.

The mushaf is only a representation of what the Quran means, it is not the Quran.

You cannot hold Quran in your hand because you can’t hold a recitation… you can hold the book that represents it, the mushaf.

When you hold it your hand, its not Quran, you can’t hold Quran in your hand.  As long as you are holding it in your hand, its just a book of paper!

The writing in the mushaf only represents the sounds of the recitation of the Quran, it is not the Quran.
